I was there today 5/7/26 and one bay was being used for an extended period of time, leaving only one bay open. I was the 3rd vehicle in line, and the crew was nice enough to let me know there may be a longer wait than usual. I was pleasantly surprised to see how quickly they worked to make sure my wait wasn't that long. It was nice to know that they crew was concerned about only having the one bay, and they worked extra hard to move the line along. Well done everyone!!

They told me they filled my tires up and I had suspicions they didn’t, it was 10 psi low when I checked a few days later… first j lube

Wonderful customer service! My husband and I were visiting Traverse City from the East Lansing area. He got a “low engine oil” warning even though he just got an oil change back home less than 48 hours ago. We pulled into the first place we could find and luckily it was this place! Long story short they diagnosed the issue ~ the previous oil change place back home didn’t put a seal back on causing oil to leak out ALL over the bottom of his Tacoma. They had my husband come underneath and explained everything as they did a new oil change. The employees truly went above and beyond, and even offered their service for free. We paid of course because they deserved it. 10/10 recommend!!

Was in TC from Grand Rapids on 4/21/25. Low tire pressure indicator came on. I drive a 2025 Honda, had stopped at Fox Honda in GR on 4/18/25 where I purchased the car. Had service check all 4 tires, technician said the right rear was a tad low. I asked if I had picked up a road hazard? He said not an obvious one. He recalibrated the low tire pressure sensor and sent me on my way. So it seemed odd that the sensor would trip again only 3 days later. The service technician at Jiffy Lube was very thorough and asked me to roll ahead so that she could physically examine the entire right rear tire. Guess what, the tire had a road hazard, a nail. I've had the best customer service at this Jiffy Lube location and highly recommend them. Very humble, main concern is taking care of the customer and making sure they are safe on the road. Rare today to come across, very refreshing.
